If schools teach about same-sex marriage... GOOD!
Our children should be ready for the *reality* that their communities contain all kinds of families. Loving, committed parents might be of different genders, or of the same gender. There are even families where more than two parents are raising well-adjusted children. Public schools should not perpetuate the \"traditional\" discrimination against same-sex couples, discrimination whose only foundation is (1) particular religious doctrines imposed on us all, (2) patriarchal insistence on rigid gender roles, and/or (3) \"*I* find X disgusting, so *nobody* should do X.\" None of those have any place in a modern, free society.
