Prop 8 discriminates against more than just \"gay couples\".
If two men or two women are bisexual... would it still be a \"gay marriage\"? Also, if a partner is transgender, they can be discriminated against based on the body type they were born with OR based on the gender identity that they know is true for their brain. The laws concerning civil marriage should have NO discrimination based on gender.

California Prop 8, which states \"only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California\" should stand.
Children are best served when reared in a home with a married mother and father.
